Job Summary

As a Finance Operations Specialist Commission Collections in the Finance Operations team you will manage all aspects of collections for outstanding supplier invoices. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate supplier balances and ensuring data this role you will communicate directly with suppliers collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements. You will have the opportunity to make a difference and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research outstanding supplier invoices to determine payment status using back-office systems and clearing house websites
  • Verify invoice cancellations and status through GDS systems
  • Communicate directly with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices
  • Oversee dedicated VIP advisors outstanding invoices to ensure accounts remain in good standing
  • Run outstanding commission reports as requested by VIP advisors
  • Provide Service Desk support for agents requesting collection assistance
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support business needs

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commission collections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel and Teams
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables data manipulation and data mining
  • Exceptional communication and mathematical skills
  • High degree of organization accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the travel industry
  • Experience with GDS systems
  • Experience with TRAMS or Travcom back-office systems

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Manila with work hours scheduled during the night shift.
