Position: Service Trainer
Experience: *Minimum 2 years in Automobile Service Training or After-Sales Operations
Salary: 25000 - 30000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview
The Service Trainer is responsible for delivering technical and non-technical training to dealership service staff including technicians service advisors and workshop managers. The role ensures that all personnel are equipped with the latest product knowledge diagnostic techniques and customer service standards to maintain high-quality service performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct technical and product training sessions for service personnel at dealerships and workshops.
* Train staff on vehicle systems diagnostics maintenance and repair procedures.
* Deliver customer handling and soft skills training for service advisors.
* Prepare and update training modules manuals and presentations based on OEM guidelines.
* Assess participants through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide feedback.
* Ensure all training content aligns with latest product updates service bulletins and quality standards.
* Support dealership teams in resolving complex technical issues and improving service processes.
* Maintain training records and generate periodic performance and feedback reports.
* Coordinate with the OEM technical and after-sales team for new model training and certification programs.
