Position Summary
The Vice President Pharmacy Services provides strategic and operational leadership for Nufactors pharmacy network ensuring the safe compliant and high-quality preparation and delivery of specialty infusion therapies. This role oversees all aspects of pharmacy practice managementincluding workflow optimization regulatory compliance quality assurance and workforce performanceacross multiple licensed sites.
The Vice President is responsible for the operational integrity of pharmacy services focusing on the systems processes and resources that support accurate compounding inventory management and clinical coordination within Nufactors specialty infusion model. The role directs pharmacy initiatives that strengthen patient safety maintain accreditation readiness and ensure adherence to federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Working in collaboration with Nufactor leadership the Vice President integrates pharmacy operations into broader clinical quality and technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and standardization without overlapping enterprise operations. The position champions data-driven decision-making continuous improvement and innovation in pharmacy workflows building a culture of accountability professional growth and operational excellence that advances Nufactors reputation as a leader in specialty infusion pharmacy services.

Physical requirements
Vision hearing speech movements requiring the use of wrists hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position as scheduled. Must have the ability to lift and maneuver items of at least 20 lbs. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
