The Senior Program Manager supports the Deputy Director in leading program and project reporting performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Capital Delivery Departments Transformation Office. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions leveraging Power BI to create dashboards and delivering high-quality analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring across Sound Transits $60 billion capital addition the Senior Program Manager supports Capital Deliverys risk management program by coordinating project risk reporting maintaining risk dashboards and contributing to department-wide visibility of risks. This role balances leadership in reporting and analytics with targeted support for Capital Deliverys risk management practices to ensure operational excellence transparency and alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
