• Perform daily reconciliations of custodial trading and fiat balances ensuring full compliance with MAS safeguarding and client-money segregation requirements
• Lead MAS regulatory reporting owning the preparation and on-time submission of monthly (PSN04/PSN07) semi-annual and annual filings
• Balance safeguarding settlement and operating accounts daily maintaining strict segregation between client and company funds
• Maintain and periodically update the fiat operations playbook covering procedures for deposits withdrawals reconciliations and internal escalations
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of banking partners including due-diligence reviews account opening documentation KYC refreshes and relationship management across multi-currency accounts
• Oversee vendor onboarding and payment setup ensuring all counterparties meet internal compliance standards prior to engagement
• Support internal and external audits providing reconciliations control evidence and management responses
• Manage general office administration including procurement and inventory of office supplies vendor coordination and expense tracking
• Coordinate IT setup and employee onboarding ensuring laptops accounts and workspace arrangements are ready for new hires to enable a seamless start

• 2-4 years of investment banking asset management or operations experience at regulated financial business
• Ideally have substantive exposure and interest in blockchain / Fintech industry
• Ideally accounting finance or business university degree
