The Lifecycle Management Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with HR policies.
1. End-to-End Offboarding Process
- Facilitates the end-to-end offboarding process including processing separation transactions in the system releasing retirement notices managing and monitoring clearance process and release of final pay.
- Outputs: Properly documented and compliant employee separation records. Timely release of notices clearances and certificates
2. Employee Movement Updating
- Processes and validates employee movements and ensures documentation completeness.
- Outputs: Accurate and up-to-date employee movement records. Timely communication and documentation of changes in the system
3. HR Online Data Management
- Maintains and updates employee data in the system. Ensures data accuracy completeness and compliance.
- Outputs: Reliable and current HR Online database. Accurate data available for reporting and decision-making
4. Lifecycle Management Reporting
- Prepares and submits monthly quarterly and annual lifecycle reports for stakeholders.
- Outputs: Timely and accurate lifecycle management reports that support performance tracking business insights and HR planning
5. Other Related Lifecycle Management Transactions -Performs other lifecycle management-related tasks or projects as may be required from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree / 4-year Course graduate
- BS or AB Psychology Human Resource Management Behavioral Science or any related courses
- Good knowledge in MS Office apps and Dbox (optional) with strong system navigation and adaptability skills.
- Experience in Employee Life Cycle Management is an advantage
