The position
As a Business Analyst at agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Define refine and optimise processes and frameworks for Delivery Agile IT Controls and ITIL.
- Drive adoption and ensure consistent adherence to established practices across multiple platforms.
- Analyse platform performance identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise initiatives and develop a roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively across all organisational levels delivering clear updates on ongoing initiatives and process outcomes.
- Explore and propose opportunities to leverage AI for process optimisation and delivery enhancements.
What you bring to the position
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Process Owner or Process Manager within IT or Delivery organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies ITIL frameworks and IT Controls.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement process improvements across diverse teams and platforms.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Experience or interest in applying AI-driven approaches to process optimisation.
