Location: Pune India
We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our growing this role you will transform complex technical concepts into clear concise and engaging documentation that empowers users and supports product adoption. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content is accurate accessible and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Create videos using AI to craft documentation that is clear concise and highly user-friendly ensuring an exceptional experience for every reader.
Collaborate closely with PMs and multiple scrum teams in a dynamic Agile environment driving alignment with sprint and release milestones.
Partner with UX experts to refine microcopy and review messages and logs elevating the overall user experience through thoughtful communication.
Integrate seamlessly with the global Documentation team while independently managing diverse stakeholders fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Work hand-in-hand with Support teams to continuously improve documentation incorporating insights from internal teams and customer feedback.
Contribute actively to a center of excellence applying expertise where it delivers the greatest impact.
Leverage critical thinking to challenge norms and innovate within your role pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results.
Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback and analytics.
Job requirements
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
Proven experience working in software development environments. MUST.
Documentation tools (e.g. MadCap Flare Confluence Git) required.
Proven ability to craft clear structured guides leveraging advanced single-sourcing techniques and conditional content strategies.
Deep passion for innovation with a strong interest in AI UX microcopy emerging technologies and cutting-edge tools.
Highly motivated and results-driven demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining precision and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
