Were looking for a skilled content creator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment where no two days are the same. If this sounds like you apply to join the team at Four Pillars Gin as our Social Media & Content Specialist. This is a permanent 5 day per week role based at our Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville (with flexible work from home days). Four Pillars Gin is part of Lion ANZ giving you access to learning benefits and opportunities from the wider network.
This role supports our Social Media & Creative Content Lead to bring the Four Pillars brand world to life through world-class storytelling anchored in social media expertise. Youll be dreaming up creative ideas capturing photo and video content working with our talented design team and creative partners and ensuring our online communities are engaged and growing.
What youll do:
- Develop creative concepts that bring the Four Pillars brand to life on social.
- Capture and produce photo and video content for social and the wider brand needs.
- Brief and manage creative partners influencers and our in-house design team.
- Live posting from the distillery events and activations.
- Support the coordination of campaign photo and video shoots.
- Plan and schedule content across platforms
- Support reporting
To be successful you will bring:
- Hands-on experience creating photo and video content for social platforms
- Ability to art direct and produce social media content
- Confidence collaborating with staff creative partners influencers and design teams to bring ideas to life
- An understanding of social platforms and content performance for business
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to problem solve
- Great communication and human relation skills
- An attitude of ownership towards our distillery and our gins
- An all-out love for customers craft and culture
