Overview:

In this vital role youll share 24/7 responsibility with the department manager for ensuring smooth daily operations across one or more clinical areas. Youll guide and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionalsensuring patient safety exceptional care quality and an outstanding patient and family experience.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise patient care services staff fostering teamwork and high performance.

• Support departmental operations including budgeting payroll and purchasing.

• Serve as a clinical and technical resource mentoring team members and promoting professional growth.

• Collaborate in recruiting developing and retaining a highly reliable skilled team.

• Assist with staff education onboarding and precepting.

• Adapt leadership style and communication to effectively meet departmental goals.

What Youll Need:

• Valid RN license in the state(s) of practice.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
