Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Performance Management: Analyze regional performance data identify trends and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage regional budgets monitor expenditures and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit train and mentor site managers and staff fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and safety standards across all locations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as HR Sales and Marketing to support company-wide initiatives.
- Reporting: Monitor KPIs prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management preferably in a multi-site environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software
