We have some great opportunities for
Recruitment Administratorsto join us on a
full timebasis for up to six months as we work towards delivering our busy Summer 2026 requirement! In this role you will support our Volume Recruitment Teamto ensure we continue to deliver a
high-quality serviceto the business maintaining an
excellent candidate experience.
What will you be doing- Reviewingphonescreeningandsifting a high volume ofcandidate applications
- Managingcandidate communicationvia our dedicatedemail inboxesandApplicant Tracking System
- Processing successfulcandidate offersvia ourApplicant Tracking System
- Support the organisation withinterviewsandassessment days
- Effective management ofassessment paperworkand ensure candidatedocument complianceis maintained
- Ensure thebest possiblecandidate experienceis delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications
- Develop strongworking relationshipswith stakeholders across the HR team and wider operational business andrepresentour brand positively
What are we looking for- Proven and effectiveadministration skills
- Strongplanning & organisationalskills with excellent attention to detail able toexecute at pace
- Excellentcommunication skills(written and verbal) with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Proactiveadaptable andmotivated
- Good working knowledge ofIT systems particularly MS Office
- You will ideally have exposure to supporting recruitmentand have a good understanding ofrecruitment practices and processes
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
