Program Overview

This traineeship is designed for graduates who are curious about how machines work and want to explore a career in advanced manufacturing. Youll be part of a supportive team receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced engineers and technicians.

No engineering or technical background No problem Micron welcomes graduates from all disciplines and full training will be provided.

As an Equipment Technician Trainee you will be trained on the following:

Receiving guidance from experienced engineers to learn how machines are maintained and kept in good working condition.
Observing how machines are used in production and learning to read simple performance data.
Helping to spot and fix basic machine issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Learning and following safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
Working with different teams to understand how machines fit into the overall production process.

This traineeship will help youbuild practical technical skills gain exposure tosemiconductor manufacturing and lay the foundation for a future career in engineering operations or equipment support.

Who Were Looking For

Graduates with aDiploma Higher Nitec or Nitecfrom a local institution.
No engineering or STEM background required we welcome applicants from all fields of study.
Curious proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
