Job Summary

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Assembly Maintenance Technician:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform and support planned machine maintenance for production equipment electrical panels and automation systems.
  • Carry out periodic preventive maintenance (PM) activities including Slipring servicing Vision System checks and program backup.
  • Analyse machine troubleshooting issues using PLC datalogger and simulation tools propose corrective actions and implement solutions.
  • Support machine model changeover including machine and quality confirmation after change.
  • Conduct regular spare-parts stock checks and order parts to ensure smooth machine operation.
  • Maintain good 5S housekeeping practices and comply with QAQC codes standards and ISO processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least NITEC in Electronics Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC Proface HMI and Keyence Vision System is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on practical mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to perform analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts and respond to urgent call-backs when required.
  • Positive working attitude and able to thrive in a challenging environment.

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2300 AWS VB (1-2 months)
  • Working Location: Tuas Link
  • Working Hours: 4 Days Work 7am - 7pm/ 7pm - 7am
