The role involves tracking and documenting the sales process identifying opportunities to close gaps and enhancing collaboration with key customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic account planning and customer relationship management
- Tender development negotiation and deal closure
- Internal coordination to ensure timely delivery
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Meeting sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards ( 9001)
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and prospect lists
- Following up on leads and tracking revenue from new clients and events
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education completed
- Advanced English (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in bidding and quotations
- Knowledge of construction EPC or end-user tender management
- Familiarity with sales planning and commercial strategy
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI Office Salesforce
