Reporting directly to the Manager Aged Care St Josephs Nursing Home the Roster Officer assists in creating and managing staff rosters. The key requirements of the job are strong organisational and communication skills.
To be successful applicants will need to possess the following:
- Knowledge of appropriate organisational rostering requirements and staff qualifications an advantage
- Proficiency with rostering software (Emplive) or willingness to learn
- Well-developed interpersonal skills within a team environment
- Strong administrative and forward planning organisational skills
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous
