Job Purpose and Impact

The Analyst RMG Market Risk will identify assess and mitigate this role you will de risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies and you will contribute to determining potential loss due to market movements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assess and communicate information with regard to business risks with functions across the organization.
  • Participate in development and implementation of controls and cost effective approaches to minimize the organizations risks.
  • Contribute to the estimation of the potential financial consequences of an occurring loss.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in market risk data analysis or financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Prefered Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with trading data and technology teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including VBA and Power Query for data automation and transformation.
  • Strong skills in data querying and validation using SQL Python or comparable tools.
  • Knowledge of market risk metrics such as VaR sensitivities and stress testing.
