Now Hiring: Parking Lot Enforcement Ambassador Charlotte NC
$23/hour Mileage Reimbursement Full-Time Reports to Charlotte Area Manager

What Youll Be Doing:
- Team Leadership: Schedule supervise and support enforcement staff.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor lots and garages coordinate towing and enforce regulations.
- Citation Management: Process citations and appeals using PARCS software.
- Customer Support: Assist monthly permit holders and address concerns at select locations.
- Reporting: Track trends generate reports and collaborate with internal and external teams.
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma (college a plus!)
- Experience in parking enforcement security or operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy especially with PARCS or similar systems.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
