Job Description:

Step into a pivotal role supporting the Managing Director of an emerging automotive business where your organizational expertise will drive operational excellence. Youll be the backbone of daily operations managing critical administrative functions that keep this growing dealership running smoothly. This position offers the unique opportunity to grow alongside a business in its expansion phase where your proactive approach and attention to detail will be highly valued and directly contribute to the companys success.




Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments with clients and business partners
  • Generate and send invoices to individuals and companies with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle email communications and respond on behalf of leadership with professionalism
  • Prepare and manage confidential reports and sensitive business documentation
  • Streamline administrative processes to optimize leaderships time for core business activities
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all administrative functions
  • Support business growth initiatives through efficient organizational systems
  • Maintain professional communication standards across all client and vendor interactions



Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written communication abilities for professional email management
  • Experience with calendar management scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
  • Proficiency in invoicing systems and basic administrative software
