This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Central with a 30-minute unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize client onboarding processes through and Zapier integrations
- Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Handle expansion projects related to Zapier and capabilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automation systems
- Customize configurations to meet specific client requirements
- Integrate with other software systems as needed
- Streamline time-consuming manual processes through automation solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience with platform configuration and customization
- Strong expertise in Zapier automation and workflow creation
- Experience with system integrations and API connections
- Background in client onboarding or process optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex automation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for workflow efficiency improvements
- Experience working in a client-facing or service-oriented environment
