PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS
An amazing opportunity to work with an Australian landscape company seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for landscape construction projects analysing project specifications and supporting our business development efforts through regular video call communications and quoting reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans specifications and site conditions to prepare detailed cost estimates for Australian landscape projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs for materials (soft and hard landscapes)
- Research and evaluate pricing from Australian suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and cost breakdowns in the form of BOQs
- Participate in regular scheduled video call meetings with the Australian team for quoting reviews
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate estimates (for any missing documentations)
- Identify potential risks and value engineering opportunities (if one arises)
- Adapt to Australian landscape industry standards and pricing structures
Requirements
- Experience with landscape design software such as Planswift or BlueBeam (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape estimating or related field
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods materials and industry standards
- Familiarity with Australian landscape or construction standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and/or Excel)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent mathematical analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
