Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end accounting functions. You will be responsible for preparing the full set of financial statements ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and strategically managing the companys fiscal health and cash flow.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all daily operational accounting duties including the management of AR AP GL and critical bank reconciliation processes.

  • Spearhead the successful and timely preparation of the full set of accounts during high-priority month-end and year-end closing cycles.

  • Ensure the precision and promptness of all financial reporting and analysis provided to management.

  • Proactively monitor and control company cash flow providing regular and timely updates to the Chief Finance Officer/General Manager.

  • Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets register accurately recording depreciation.

  • Act as the primary liaison and coordinate relationships with external partners including auditors tax consultants and bankers.

  • Guarantee the integrity of financial records by verifying validating and matching all incoming documents.

  • Maintain accurate and current intercompany records within the accounting system.


Requirements

  • Education & Certification: Hold a Degree in Accounting or a recognized Professional Accountancy qualification. An active MIA membership is a significant advantage.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant accounting role demonstrating a solid foundation of accounting principles. Previous experience in an auditing environment is beneficial.

  • Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and possess working knowledge of SQL accounting software or comparable financial systems.

  • Key Attributes: Must be a dependable self-motivated individual with exceptional analytical capabilities and a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.

  • Communication: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse internal and external relationships.
