Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Perform risk assessments and develop actionable corrective measures to mitigate identified risks
- Prepare maintain and update safety documentation incident reports and compliance records
- Lead safety training programs and guide workers on site safety rules and best practices
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to enforce safety protocols and promote accountability
- Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are in place and functioning effectively
- Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduation with a recognized qualification in Occupational Health Safety or a related field
- Valid NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction projects
- Proven experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly preferred
- Strong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments audits and safety reporting
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive disciplined approach to safety management
- Must be medically fit and possess a valid medical fitness certificate
