Job Summary

This is a remote position.

About the role

Looking for a fast creative designer who makes scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video. Youll design social creatives produce reels and motion content and use AI tools to speed up workflows while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

Create eye-catching graphics and social media posts.
Produce and edit short-form videos and reels (end-to-end).
Build motion graphics and apply good storytelling for video.
Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney Runway CapCut DALLE Firefly Canva AI) to accelerate production.
Work closely with content/marketing to execute campaigns quickly and consistently.
Stay on top of visual and social trends and suggest fresh ideas.

Requirements

Must-have

34 years hands-on design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Solid video editing and motion graphics skills.
Experience using AI-powered design/video tools.
Ability to deliver high quality under tight deadlines and be a self-starter.

Nice to have

Social media management experience.
Experience creating parenting/lifestyle content or content for large audiences.

Required Skills:

Experience 3-5 years of hands-on software development Experience working in Agile teams using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA Technical Skills Proficient in: Java Spring Boot Hibernate MySQL RESTful APIs Strong front-end development using JavaScript HTML CSS Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and common design patterns Skilled in SQL and database interactions
