Job Summary

Drive and own deliverables as per project plan for the T&A system and processes design (positive and negative) and interconnected Payroll consolidation to new Payroll vendor including data transitions and H2R/Benefits. Strong communication skills and manage different stakeholders and multiple task interdependencies.

Lead facilitate and Prepare working sessions which expected goal is to understand requirements for T&A for France in line with local legal requirements and policies system design proper communication and adoption Closely collaborate with other team members on activities related to payroll and benefits (related to Time and absences).

Requirements

Candidate have to speak english and french very good knowledge of the local legislation related to time communication skills. Knowledge of Workday and other T&A solutions is strong advantage.
