Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer develops engaging learner-centered materials to support leadership development and coaching initiatives. This role ensures accessibility consistency and quality across all content and learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop instructional materials for in-person and virtual delivery.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create impactful content.
- Collaborate with facilitators and subject matter experts to produce cohesive curriculum materials.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 5 years of instructional design experience with adult or professional learners.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in Education Instructional Design or related field.
- Experience in leadership or workforce development programs.
- Knowledge of ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
- Experience in higher education or government organizations.
