Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $50 $52 per hour

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapistfor an exciting job in Neptune NJ.

Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapy under medical direction including education treatment management diagnostic evaluation and patient care.
Assist with intubation procedures ventilator setup and ongoing management.
Evaluate patient needs through assessments tests and consultations with healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory conditions treatments and equipment use.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies procedures and safety standards.
Build positive relationships with patients caregivers and medical staff to support treatment goals.
Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong adaptability to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments.
Excellent teamwork communication and patient-care skills.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Education & Certification Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA required).
