The role involves handling incidents and service requests from customers/end-users by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit.
What will your job look like
Monitoring Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous system health checks and real-time alert monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability of supported applications
- Manage and monitor support mailboxes to promptly identify categorize and respond to incoming issues and notifications
Incident Management:
- Provide first-level technical analysis for incidents related to Amdocs-supported applications
- Perform initial triaging and resolution of incidents for both internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the primary communication channel between Customers and the Amdocs Technical Support team
Service Request Handling:
- Manage and respond to service requests routed to Amdocs-supported applications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to address technical issues
Post-Change Validation:
- Assist in conducting sanity checks following technical changes patch deployments or system migrations
Operational Tasks:
- Execute basic database queries and deploy data patches as required
- Perform data analysis and generate daily operational and billing reports in accordance with SOPs
Documentation:
- Maintain and update documentation for internal processes and external procedures
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Preferably with 0-11 work experience in IT Operations. Open to Fresh Graduates year 2024 /2025. - Experience writing software code in at least one programming language
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and development
Experience in Production Support/Application Support. - Willing to work on a Dayshift 5x per week in BGC Office Taguig City.
- Local hiring only. Location: Manila Philippines.
