The Position
As Finance Business Partner you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the finance team in guiding the foundations strategic decision-making process regarding financial allocations of funds to granting activities and to internal department budgets.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Financial planning and analysis
- Performance management
- Strategic decision support
- Reporting and monitoring
- Financial risk management
You will report to our Head of Finance and join a small but highly skilled and collaborative finance team working in a supportive and innovative environment that values growth and maintains a fun informal culture.

We imagine that you have:
- A Masters degree in Finance Audit Economics or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant financial field. Relevant backgrounds can be corporate finance auditing governmental/educational institutions or non-profit institutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
On a personal level your former colleagues and manager would describe you as:
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
