Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. The Finance Business Partner will play an important role in contributing to the strategic goals of the Novo Nordisk Foundation through optimal allocation of its funds.

The Position

As Finance Business Partner you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the finance team in guiding the foundations strategic decision-making process regarding financial allocations of funds to granting activities and to internal department budgets.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Financial planning and analysis
• Performance management
• Strategic decision support
• Reporting and monitoring
• Financial risk management

You will report to our Head of Finance and join a small but highly skilled and collaborative finance team working in a supportive and innovative environment that values growth and maintains a fun informal culture.

We imagine that you have:

• A Masters degree in Finance Audit Economics or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant financial field. Relevant backgrounds can be corporate finance auditing governmental/educational institutions or non-profit institutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
