Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to design deploy and maintain secure scalable and resilient cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This role demands strong experience in DevOps practices infrastructure automation and cloud services along with an active AWS or Azure Cloud Certification.
This Position is a hybrid work environment / 95% Remote Candidate must live within 2 hours of a government Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor and improve infrastructure performance scalability and security.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate system provisioning and configuration.
- Ensure system reliability and uptime across all environments.
- Collaborate with application teams to support deployments and scaling.
- Maintain program presence for a minimum of one year.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science Math Engineering or Information Systems.
- 7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps.
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certification (required).
- Proficient in scripting (e.g. Python Bash) and IaC tools (Terraform CloudFormation).
- Demonstrated hands-on coding experience in automation and deployment scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes Docker and monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana).
- Familiarity with security and compliance best practices (e.g. NIST FedRAMP).
