What Youll Be Doing:

Representing clients in wage and hour PAGA discrimination retaliation and class action matters
Handling written discovery depositions court appearances and arbitration
Drafting trial briefs mediation statements and summary judgment motions
Working independently while also collaborating closely with a seasoned litigation team

This Position Delivers:

Competitive base salary: $150000$170000 depending on experience
Bonus structure:
- 3% of attorneys fees on firm cases
- 25% of attorneys fees on cases you bring in
- Annual discretionary bonus
90% firm-paid health insurance (after 30 days)
401(k) with match
10 paid holidays 5 sick days
Hybrid schedule with full remote option after a brief in-office onboarding

Who You Are:

A licensed California attorney in good standing
Experienced in employment law (especially wage & hour PAGA and class actions)
Skilled at litigation legal research and advocacy
Ready to champion workers rightsno matter the season
