Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position starting in September 2026 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months focused on a specific position and on the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore and exploit your potential and grow as a person. Then the position of Future Talent - Quality Associate - within System Quality team is for you.

The System Quality team within Development & Technology works with Markets and central development organizations to deliver value and the best experience to customers by leading the quality agenda of new solutions. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our customers receive reliable solutions tailored to their needs.

You will work in a diverse and international team located in Lund and Modena where You will develop as an individual contribute to improve Tetra Pak customers experience develop capabilities in a winning team and build your personal global network. You will report to the Manager System Quality.

The role relies on data intelligence hyperawareness and strong stakeholder management skills to enable and guide our business and project management teams to fulfill Tetra Pak Quality Strategy goals. This is a permanent position based in Lund Sweden.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the definition of the right quality requirements for new solutions securing value for our customers.
  • Follow up the quality performance and KPIs of Tetra Pak solutions and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to continuously improve the Tetra Pak Quality Management System
  • Lead and participate in quality strategic initiatives
  • Lead and facilitate the application of continuous improvement tools (e.g. Problem Solving Methodology)
  • Build network with key stakeholders to ensure Tetra Pak quality goals fulfillment
  • Champion the Tetra Pak quality strategy & policy in development programmes

We believe you have

  • You have aMaster Degree in Engineering (graduationbetween 2025-2026) with Process Engineering knowledge.
  • You have good knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems and Quality tools (e.g. FMEA Cause&Effect Diagrams PSCA cycle Control charts Kano Model etc)
  • You have strong analytical and systems thinking skills and you can perform autonomously data collection and analysis.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and informal leadership skills
  • You are a quick learner. You can adapt quickly to changes continuously prioritizing and performing under stress.
  • You are a recognized reliable and trustworthy team player.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and you are a practitioner of creative techniques such as ideation and storytelling.
  • You are fluent in English andItalian.
