Strong fundamentals of thermodynamics Computational Fluid Mechanics strength and structural mechanics engine dynamics finite element analysis numerical solution methods and Manufacturing process for powertrain components
Advanced knowledge of combustion engines and simulation

MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
Simulation of Piston Ring /piston Dynamics including friction wear and NVH
Independent execution of finite element analysis (FEA) and durability of conceptual solutions for pistons piston assemblies and possibly adjacent components
Simulation of engine thermodynamics and piston assembly temperature
Simulation of piston solidification for aluminium gravity die casting.
Implement and enhance best practices to improve the efficiency of simulation process.
Presentation of the simulation reports to application engineering and customers
Comparison of the simulation results with the engine test results.
Carrying out the assigned project simulations in compliance with specified target deadlines
