Opportunity Overview

  • Key responsibilities include: Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales application and service team achieve bookings targets for product and services win all major strategic design-ins increase our market share and margins and improve the productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
  • Develop inspire and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals and provide overall direction to the Team.
  • Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.
  • Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization pricing positioning product marketing engineering roadmaps and differentiation.

All About You

  • Minimum Experience: 10 years minimum experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor related industry.
  • Professional Requirements: Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Significant experience in creating and leading a team strategically to proactively manage customer relationships.
  • Over 5 years experience in exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate develop and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.
  • Willing to travel domestically over 50% rate.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
