**Position Overview:**
As a Breakfast Attendant/House Person you will be an integral part of ensuring our guests have a delightful start to their day. This dual-role position involves preparing and maintaining the breakfast area and supporting the housekeeping team. Your positive attitude attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to a memorable guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Set up maintain and replenish the breakfast buffet area to ensure a fresh and appetizing display.
- Greet guests warmly answer their questions and address any requests or concerns efficiently.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized including clearing tables and cleaning surfaces as needed.
- Assist with basic food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support the housekeeping team by stocking supplies such as towels linen and toiletry items.
- Perform light cleaning duties in public areas such as lobbies and restrooms ensuring a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless flow throughout the property.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move items up to Insert weight pounds.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
