Plant Supply Excellence Manager (MSE)

What are we looking for
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain AND/OR 3 years operational experience in MSE

  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

  • 10 years of experience implementing World Class initiatives such as TPM WCM or IWS in FMCG companies.

  • 5 years of supervisory experience.

  • Deep understanding of TPM principles and MSE pillars including AM PM FI ET and FMOS/DMS.

  • Strong analytical mindset project management experience and ability to influence across all levels.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial savings and sustainable improvement.

  • Strong change management expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills.

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Champion Excellence:Serve as a trusted coach and change agent for the Plant Director leadership teams and the wider networkguiding them through the effective deployment of Supply/Operational Excellence foundations.
  • Deliver Results:Your success will be measured by real improvements in operational performance capability building and the demonstration of best-in-class behaviorsassessed through our robust MSE maturity framework.
  • Optimize Operations:Lead the charge on cost savings waste reduction and asset performance by applying proven MSE systems and smaller sites you may also oversee Digital Manufacturing Education & Training and Industrial Engineeringbroadening your impact.
  • Collaborate & Influence:Play a key role in our MSE Communities of Practice (COPs) sharing your expertise exchanging learnings and helping to standardize methodologies that elevate performance across our network.
  • Network & Align:Work closely with the MSE Director Regional Senior MSE Coach and Regional MSE Team to ensure plant initiatives align with regional strategies. Youll actively participate in regional forums contribute to the broader learning agenda and help accelerate maturity and performance across all sites.
