We are looking for Revenue Cycle Support to join our team! This person will be responsible for performing essential revenue cycle support duties to ensure smooth financial operations across our organization. What will you be doing in this role
- Collects sorts and distributes incoming mail related to payments and claims.
- Prepares bi-weekly deposits and generates the corresponding Daily Deposit Report.
- Accurately posts patient payments and processes insurance card transactions.
- Provides claims and administrative support to Account Representatives as needed.
- Assists with general departmental operations and projects to support revenue cycle goals.
- Routinely operates a company vehicle formail pickup and deposit drop-offs
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support department operations.

Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- Have at least 1 year of related experience or training (medical office/billing banking/teller or insurance terminology preferred)
- Possess excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and posting financial data.
- Be detail-oriented organized and adaptable to change
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate effective time and priority management skills
- Have strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel.
- This position requires the use of a company-provided vehicle to complete work-related errands during regular business hours. Candidates must be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
