A reputable community hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Pediatrics Office. The Pediatrics team is dedicated to providing exceptional family-centered healthcare to children from infancy through adolescence fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient and family.

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse will deliver professional and compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for working with children excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate family-centered nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer immunizations and medications and perform routine tests such as vision hearing strep and urinalysis.
• Record patient histories vital signs and other clinical data accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health development and preventive care.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License
• Pediatric or outpatient nursing experience preferred but not required.

Position Details

• Full-time permanent position.
• Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM plus occasional Saturday rotation (8:00 AM12:00 PM).
