A reputable healthcare system in southern New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Internal Medicine clinic. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys meaningful patient relationships a collaborative environment and a consistent weekday schedule.
About the Role
As an Internal Medicine RN you will play a key role in assessing patient needs coordinating care and supporting providers in delivering exceptional outpatient care. Your clinical judgment and communication skills will help ensure safe efficient and patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide both direct and indirect patient care in an outpatient setting
- Perform triage assess symptoms and determine urgency of clinical needs
- Document symptoms vitals patient responses and progress toward care goals
- Administer medications as directed and monitor patient reactions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-visit care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care processes and outcomes
- Maintain accurate timely records of all care provided
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
