Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor Deli on a permanent basis on our Food Operations team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Regina SK. This position requires frequent travel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations.
Are you interested in being a trusted Advisor for local Co-ops As a Senior Retail Operations Advisor Deli youll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting Local Co-ops across the southern Saskatchewan region. This is your opportunity to lead strategic initiatives in financial planning sales growth operational excellence and future store development. Youll collaborate closely with Co-op leaders drive impactful results and help shape the next generation of retail talent. What youll do:
- Achieve budgeted sales targets by collaborating with Local Co-op Senior Managers to identify opportunities and implement strategic sales action plans.
- Improve controllable contribution through operational reviews and coaching Team Leaders on effective execution and follow-up.
- Provide leadership for renovations expansions and new store setups including merchandising marketing and grand opening coordination.
- Support Local Co-ops in maintaining image and merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Partner with HR to identify future leaders coordinate training programs and assist in long-term succession planning.
Who youll work with:
You will work closely with other Operations Advisors Operations Managers Home Office Customer Service Teams local Co-op Grocery Managers Store Managers Division Managers and will report into the Operations Manager Food. This team strives to cultivate a culture of positivity collaboration motivation and trust.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management.
Have a bachelors degree in business administration commerce or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
