Job Summary
1. Material Handling & Storage
Receive inspect and verify incoming materials components and parts for pump manufacturing.
Properly label and store items in designated locations following company procedures.
Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expire-First-Out (FEFO) inventory principles are followed.
2. Inventory Management
Record stock movements in ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory checks.
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
3. Production Support
Pick and deliver materials and components to the production area according to production schedules.
Return unused materials to stock after production orders are closed.
Coordinate with production planners to ensure continuous material availability.
4. Shipping & Dispatch
Prepare finished pump products for packing and shipment according to customer orders.
Verify shipping documentation (packing list delivery note etc.).
Load and unload goods using forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
5. Safety & Housekeeping
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts cranes etc.) in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Follow all company health safety and environmental policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 13 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Forklift license/certification preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (ERP/SAPexperience desirable).
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and inventory records.
- Strong attention to detail reliability and teamwork skills.
