At Sulzer Ellon were proud to be a powerhouse in the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment serving major players in the oil & gas power generation and industrial sectors. With over 100 skilled professionals onsite our Ellon facility is one of Sulzers largest UK service centres delivering world-class engineering solutions that keep critical industries moving.

We specialise in the overhaul repair and upgrade of pumps turbines compressors and other rotating machinery. Our team works closely with global energy companies utilities and industrial operators ensuring reliability efficiency and innovation in every project

Your main responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Engineer youll be the vital link between our clients and our operations team. Youll manage projects from order to delivery ensuring timelines quality and commercial targets are met. Expect to:

  • Own client relationships keep them informed anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate complex projects liaise with technical quality and production teams to keep everything on track.
  • Drive continuous improvement embrace lean principles and help us stay ahead in safety quality and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong technical knowledge of rotating machinery and systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally an HNC or equivalent in engineering.
