Due to growth and a strong backlog of work across the Contamination Assessment Remediation and Hydrogeology (CARH) team in Brisbane we are seeking applications from mid-level contaminated land professionals i.e. (between 4 - 8 years) experience who are looking for a supportive work environment with exciting technical challenges to solve as part of a large team and global network of industry specialists with diverse backgrounds to learn from and help take your career to the next level.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • The Project Management of projects and clients across government and private industry sectors both small and large in scale.
  • Involvement across all project stages from client attraction/tender submissions through to project execution around the full life cycle of contaminated land hydrogeology assessments and remediation.
  • A high level of engagement and support internally with our project delivery and technical specialists at local and global scale as well as external interfaces with regulators clients and contractors.

What would you bring to the team

  • A bachelors degree in engineering or environmental science (geology and hydrogeology highly regarded).
  • 4 - 8 years demonstrable experience in contaminated land assessment hydrogeology and/or remediation including a diverse range of field work and project management skills.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in fieldwork related to contaminated land assessment and remediation.
  • Experience project managing multiple small mid-sized and /or large scale multi-disciplinary projects concurrently.
  • A passion for operating in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused can-do attitude built around quality assured governance and technical excellence.
  • A strong team ethic a proven commitment to the brand your team and yourself.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and a willingness to perform as part of the broader team with individual investment to the overall team and clients success.
