The Regional Vice Presidents primary responsibility is to ensure City Managers Area Managers and Regional Directors of Operations in assigned areas meet contractual expectations.

The Regional Vice President will focus on service standards increasing financial performance cost control management people development revenue management control claims and safety management and the physical integrity of all accounts. This leadership role emphasizes mentoring managers sustaining PMCs competitive advantage and growing market share with a significant emphasis on revenue payroll claims client/associate satisfaction operations management lead generation soliciting new business maintaining quality client relations and strengthening financial reporting.

The position centers on executing the 4Ps (People Product Partner Profit) and implementing the 3Vs (hospitality commercial and technology).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight:
- Manage oversee and provide leadership for all locations and associates within the assigned territory.
- Work closely with operations management leadership to define performance measurements and execution driving EBITDA margin for the Company.
.
Business Development:
- Implement strategies to increase productivity and ensure profitability.
- Utilize existing marketing materials to solicit new business using various sales techniques.
- Consistently deliver new business and drive it through key relationships and company-related sales initiatives.
.
Partnerships and Market Development:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships.
- Market new business within the territory including valet parking self-parking commercial technology and other designed verticals.

Client and Employee Satisfaction/Retention:
- Develop and implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction and retention.
.
Financial Management:
- Manage operating budgets closely lead labor and non-labor budgets.
- Create review and maintain financials based on revenue analysis budgets profit-and-loss (P&L) and other accounting reports.
.
Human Resources and Recruitment:
- In partnership with HR recruit interview and hire senior-level management within the territory.
.
Collaboration and Implementation:
- Work with Human Resources and Executive Leadership to design programs aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Direct and support the implementation of company initiatives and processes.
.
Travel:
- Must be available to travel to all assigned accounts in the territory on a rotating basis.
- Travel designated up to 50%.
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Requirements and Experience:
- Travel up to 50%.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel).
- Minimum 7 years of multi-site operations management experience in the hospitality industry including experience in guest and/or customer service (Parking and/or Hospitality industry preferred) OR Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site operations.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Formidable team-building skills and ability to motivate others.
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
- Valid in-state drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to pass PMCs background check. Drug screening as applicable.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
