Job Summary

Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN)
Location: Bloomfield NM 87413
Contract Duration: 10 Weeks
Schedule: Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays
Shift: 2nd Shift 5:00 PM 5:30 AM (12.5 hours with 30-minute meal break)
Hours Guaranteed: 36 hours per week
Travel Rate: $1580.50/week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Bloomfield NM.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor and document patient status reporting significant changes promptly.
Support patients with daily living activities as needed.
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety policies.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in New Mexico.
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation strongly preferred.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
