Join Our Passionate Team

As an Employment Case Officer youll play a key role in empowering participants to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment. Youll work closely with individuals to understand their goals build confidence and connect them with the right opportunities and supports.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Individualised Employment Planning Meet participants where theyre at identify their goals and co-design pathways to employment.
  • Skills Development & Training Deliver or connect participants to training licences and resources tailored to their needs.
  • Barrier Management Provide practical and emotional support to help participants navigate challenges and build resilience.
  • Job Placement & Retention Support Engage with employers facilitate workplace adjustments and ensure long-term success for both participants and businesses.
  • Collaboration & Referrals Work with community partners health services and training providers to offer wrap-around support.

What Youll Need to Succeed

Were looking for someone whos passionate about inclusion and employment. You dont need to tick every box if youre motivated and values-aligned wed love to hear from you.

  • Certificate IV in Disability Mental Health Community Services or equivalent experience
  • Experience in employment services case management or community support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with attention to detail
  • Empathy integrity and a commitment to inclusion

Essential Requirements

To join our team you will need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Drivers licence or reliable transport
  • Alignment with Castles Vision Purpose and Values
