Monitor Safety and Compliance
Lead Quality initiatives
Facilitate Shift Briefings / Kickoff Meetings
Supervise evaluate and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
Walk the Floor (Gemba Walk) to ensure safety quality and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work verifying lines are running safely smoothly and producing quality parts
Manage Workflow Optimization
Drive continuous improvement to exceed personal team Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership as we drive for success
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members union and management teams
Youll have...
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of supervisory and manufacturing experience
Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work rotating shifts and hours including nights and weekends

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations

Bachelors Degree
Logistics and/or material handling experience
Knowledge of CMMS
Knowledge of constraint management principles
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
