WHAT YOULL DO EACH DAY:

As our Agricultural Logistics and Merchandising Specialist youll work directly with local producers to originate corn and beans oversee grain logistics while maintaining daily communication with drivers and assist in hedging activities and position accounting. Youll build and maintain strong commercial relationships ensure accurate and timely trade entries and stay informed on CBOT NGFA and trade rule developments. Beyond that youll contribute to strategic planning and business analysis share market insights to support team research and engage in customer visits and collaborative projects. To Qualify Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree in economics agricultural economics finance business administration or other business discipline
• 5 years of relative experience
• Working knowledge of futures markets hedging and arbitrage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills including basic knowledge of statistics
• Ability to organize multiple responsibilities prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid drivers license
