About the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership and direction to the Assistive Technology Team. The Team Leader will supervise motivate and support the team to ensure Assistive Technology services are delivered in line with the KPIs and standards of Nottingham City Council Housing Services.
Working closely with the Nottingham on Call Business Manager and the Assistive Technology Development Manager you will contribute to developing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As an Assistive Technology Team Leader you will champion a culture of excellence and outstanding customer serviceensuring every team member understands and delivers high-quality support to our diverse customer base.
