Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Field Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science or related field/experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise and value to customers.
- Provides technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Helps to solve customer inquiries concerning system software and applications.
- Provides software/hardware development and consultation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gain customer trust and drive expansion of Teradynes market share.
- Primary technical interface with customer
- Pre-sales focus
- Technical knowledge aimed at developing differentiating solutions to our valued customers.
All about you
- Bachelor or higher degree in EE computer science or related fields OR equivalent experience.
Seeking 5 years experience with test program development. Experience with the IGXL platforms experience preferred. - VBT C# framework program development capabilities
- Probe Card and Load Board debug experience preferred.
- Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a globally dispersed team.
- Strong reasoning skills along with practical problem-solving skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills relationships-building skills and commitment to teamwork and can-do spirit.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and passionate about your career
- Experience in developing specifications with a customer is a plus
- Ability to communicate easily with people from different background
