No prior experience necessary to join our team. We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of commencing employment.
As an Auto Retention Specialist in our growing call center you will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients. You will advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients coverage and will offer solutions proactively and creatively using a diverse selection of insurance products You will develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. You will have clear and achievable targets and support every step of the way. Continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals will be provided.

Excellent written and verbal communication and an above average typing speed
Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.

Salary Expectations
The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure ie. base salary plus commission. As such the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidates book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $38400.00 to $42000.00 plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses for some positions.
